Terms of Service

Using the application

Use Latitude Home only on devices and accounts you are authorized to operate and with files you are entitled to access. You are responsible for complying with applicable laws and the terms of services you connect, including Google Drive.

Google Drive integration

Linking Google Drive is optional and requires your consent. You control the file operations requested from your console. Operations such as renaming, overwriting and moving files to the trash can change your data. Keep backups of important files and check the destination before confirming a transfer.

Availability and changes

The integration is experimental and supplied as available. Compatibility, uninterrupted operation and recovery of lost data are not guaranteed. Google or infrastructure changes may interrupt service. We may update the application or service to maintain compatibility and security. Nothing in these terms limits rights that cannot legally be excluded.

Ending access

You may stop using the integration and unlink the account at any time. Access may be suspended to address abuse, security incidents or legal requirements.

Privacy and independence

Our Privacy Policy explains how the integration handles Google data. Latitude Home is not affiliated with or endorsed by Google or Nintendo. Their names and marks belong to their respective owners.
