LATITUDE HOME

Latitude Home
Privacy Policy

Effective date: November 3, 2026. This policy describes the optional Google Drive integration in Latitude Home, maintained by Cooler3D. Contact: cooler3d@gmail.com.

Who operates Latitude Home

The operator of this integration is Cooler3D, reachable at cooler3d@gmail.com. This policy applies to the Latitude Home application and its authorization service at latitude.swpulse.ru. You do not need to sign in to read this site or policy.

Information accessed and its purpose

With your consent, Latitude Home accesses your Google account email address, Drive file and folder names, identifiers, sizes, types and other metadata needed to display and operate on files, and the contents of files you choose to read, download or upload. The account email identifies the linked account in the interface. File information and content are used to provide the file manager operations you request.

The app requests the Google Drive scope https://www.googleapis.com/auth/drive. This permits viewing and managing existing Drive files, including uploads, downloads, folder creation, renaming and moving files to the trash. These actions are initiated from the console.

Authorization and storage

Your Google password is entered on Google’s website and is never received by Latitude Home. Our HTTPS authorization service temporarily handles the authorization response and token exchange. Pending sign-in sessions are held in server memory for up to ten minutes. Authorization codes and access or refresh tokens are not written to server storage or request logs by this service. Tokens necessarily pass through the service in memory when exchanging or refreshing authorization.

The linked account email and refresh token are saved locally on your console’s microSD card. Access tokens are held in console memory. Protect the console and its microSD card, because access to their local files can expose saved authorization. Downloaded files and local file caches are stored on the console. Drive file browsing and transfers occur between the console and Google; file contents are not routed through our authorization service.

Sharing and limited use

Google user data is used only to provide and improve the user-facing Google Drive file manager integration. We do not sell it, use it for advertising, or use it to train AI or machine learning models. We do not provide it to unrelated third parties. Data is transmitted to Google as necessary for the requested operations and handled by hosting infrastructure that runs our authorization service. Operators do not routinely read Google user data. Access is limited to circumstances permitted by Google’s policies, such as your explicit consent, investigating abuse or security incidents, or legal obligations.

Latitude Home’s use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including its Limited Use requirements.

Security and access

Authorization service traffic uses HTTPS. The confidential Google Web-client credential is kept on the server and is not shipped in the application. Session responses are released only to a console that proves possession of the PKCE verifier. Local downloaded files and the microSD account file are not encrypted by this integration; protect access to your device and card.

Retention and deletion

The console keeps its saved authorization until you unlink the account or delete the saved account file. Use Google Drive в†’ Unlink in Latitude Home to revoke the token and remove the locally saved account. You can also revoke access at Google Account connections. If revocation cannot reach Google, Latitude Home reports the failure; the local link remains until unlink succeeds. Revoking access in Google prevents future use even if a local token remains.

Unlinking does not delete your Drive files or files already downloaded to your console. Remove those separately where you stored them. Server sign-in sessions expire after at most ten minutes, and a server restart clears them. Hosting infrastructure may retain basic connection information such as IP address, connection time and hostname for service operation and security; this is separate from Google authorization codes, tokens and Drive data.

Your choices and contact

You may use Latitude Home without linking Google Drive, cancel linking, revoke access, or contact cooler3d@gmail.com with privacy or deletion questions. We may update this policy when the integration changes; the effective date on this page will change.
